[Setup] Why I use ASUS repeater to connect to hotel’s WiFi network, and my devices will disconnect temporally?

WiFi network provided in some public areas are using WiFi hotspot protocol, which will validate your device’s mac address. Under some WiFi hotspot environment, you will be leaded to a web page and asked to enter account & password to access free WiFi.

If you are struggle in this kind of situation, please try to reset your repeater, and enter http://repeater.asus.com to setup your repeater again.

When selecting a WiFi network to connect, please also check “WiFi proxy” to enable your repeater to be a network proxy between device and WiFi hotspot.

(Be noted, WiFi proxy only works when connecting to 2.4GHz access point)
